Sarah was born and raised in Oshawa/Whitby. She attended French Immersion school at Ridgeway P.S. in Oshawa and secondary school at Sinclair S.S. in Whitby. After attending Durham College she earned her diploma in Operations Management.

In 2009 Sarah took courses and became a full time licensed Real Estate agent and started a team  business with her father, Colin.

Sarah has been an active volunteer with the 18th Oshawa Scout Group since 2017, and serves as a Beaver leader and Group Treasurer. She currently resides in Oshawa with husband Paul and 3 children, Jack, Kathleen and Olivia.

Colin is from Teesside in the North East of England. At age 17 he joined The Royal Air Force and was trained as an Assistant Air Traffic Controller. He served almost 6 years in the RAF, 9 months of that time being in Oman in the Middle East.

After leaving the RAF he settled in Manchester, England and worked in a chemical factory for a few years before becoming a police officer in Manchester.

In 1977 he and his wife Anne and daughter Anne-Marie emigrated to Canada where he became a police officer in Toronto. He and his family settled in Oshawa where daughter Sarah was born. The family moved to Whitby in 1985.

Whilst with the Toronto Police, Colin took courses in his spare time and became a licensed Real Estate Agent in 1988, working in the business on his days off from the police. In 2001 he retired from the police and concentrated on real estate full time building up a list of satisfied clients with whom he still keeps in touch.

Colin is an active member and past president, 2019, of the Oshawa & District Shrine Club.

Joining forces with Colin and Sarah, Clare brings a people-first approach to real estate, combining local knowledge, strong communication, and genuine support to help clients confidently navigate every step of their journey.

Having grown up in Oshawa and Whitby and spent most of her life in Durham Region, Clare has a deep understanding of the local communities, neighbourhoods, schools, parks, and the lifestyle that makes the area such a great place to call home. As a wife and mother of two daughters, she understands just how personal and important finding the right home can be for individuals and families alike.

Throughout her career, Clare has always worked closely with people—supporting families, helping others reach their goals, and coordinating services and supports. She brings that same level of care, organization, and dedication into real estate.
